Thank you for inquiring about my services and considering me to be your photographer. Capturing precious moments is my passion. I hope to deliver that passion for you and your family with amazing quality and excellent customer service. Hopefully the information below will assist you with bookings, policies, and the whole photo session experience.

Photo Shoot Information

All sessions require a non- refundable deposit that goes toward the overall cost of your photo package . It books your date, time and location without a scheduling conflict with other clients . All photo sessions are in line with your vision to guarantee satisfaction of your photography experience. 

Booking & Deposit Procedure

Photo shoot slots are available on a first come first serve basis. Photo shoot times and dates are booked ONLY when a deposit has been paid. 

Refund Policy

If your photo shoot is cancelled due to an emergency on my behalf, I will re-book the session at a time that accommodates the client or a deposit refund will be given in full. If your session has to be cancelled due to in-climate weather, you will be rescheduled to the next available date is convenient for you and the flow of business.  

Due to the work that goes into preparing for your photo shoot and the processing of your images no refunds will be issued.  I will make sure that I always go above and beyond to deliver the highest quality images that meets your expectations.

Cancellations Policy 

Due to the nature of the business, a 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your session for any reason. If given an adequate notice, your deposit will be valid for the next available date. Only one rescheduling will allowed per deposit. 

Punctuality Guidelines

Your session starts promptly at the agreed upon time. The amount of time that you are late directly affects the amount of time you have left for your photo session. Please consider the distance of session location and traffic so that your session starts promptly. This policy applies to all photo sessions with NO EXCEPTIONS! This policy is in place to assure that I can give you the best experience with your photo session while maintaining punctuality and professionalism with clients who may be booked after your session.

Wedding Policies

All wedding packages requires a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to book your date.  The balance of your wedding package is due 7 days prior to the wedding date. Each day after the 7th day leading to your wedding day that your balance isn't cleared is a $25 late fee with NO EXCEPTIONS. No photography services will be rendered until your balance is paid!

Image Completion Time Frame

*Standard photo shoot sessions have a 3-5 day turnaround.
*Weddings Turn around time is 4-6 weeks.
*Events and parties turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. 

NO UNEDITED, RAW IMAGES WILL EVER BE RELEASED!
